Established in 1978, Leahey Auto Group is a family owned and run multi-franchise dealership located in Orange, NSW. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused professional to join our high-performing dealership team. This is a key support role within a premium multi-franchise environment.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting both the Parts and Service departments. You will be central to ensuring smooth workshop operations and a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and coordinate parts for workshop jobs and vehicle repairs
- Manage warranty documentation and processing
- Conduct stock control and inventory support
- Assist Service Advisors and workshop teams daily
- Maintain accurate records and job readiness
- Support overall dealership workflow efficiency
About You:- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems, platforms, and software applications
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Automotive dealership experience highly regarded, however not essential
