    The Opportunity

    We're looking for a capable CNC Machinist who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes ownership of their work from start to finish.

    This role suits someone who:
    • Takes pride in precision and consistently delivers quality work
    • Is comfortable working independently and making decisions on the floor
    • Shows up ready to contribute from the start of shift
    • Enjoys problem-solving and improving how things are done
    • Understands the discipline and consistency required for FIFO work
    You'll be working across CNC milling and turning in a modern, air-conditioned workshop using SolidWorks and SolidCAM, with full exposure to the complete manufacturing process.

    What You'll Be Doing:
    • Machining precision components to tight tolerances
    • Interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models
    • Programming and operating CNC machines (SolidCAM preferred)
    • Inspecting your own work and maintaining high quality standards
    • Contributing to continuous improvement within the workshop
    • Supporting a team-focused, high-performance environment
    About You:
    • Trade qualified Machinist
    • CNC milling and turning experience
    • Experience with multi-axis machining (4-axis highly regarded)
    • CAM programming experience (SolidCAM preferred but not essential)
    • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
    • Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
    • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
    • Current WA driver's licence
    • Willing to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, and police clearance
