Our business operates across two dedicated departments - Sales and Property Management - each with its own focused workspace while working together as one unified team.

    About the Role

    We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Agent who is hungry to succeed and ready to build a standout reputation in the Old Bar community.

    This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on challenges, is motivated by results, and wants to become the go-to agent in the area.

    Hours: Monday - Saturday (38 hours)

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, door knocking, referrals, and database management
    • List and sell residential and/or commercial properties
    • Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate pricing advice
    • Prepare and deliver listing presentations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
    • Manage the full sales process from listing through to settlement
    • Conduct open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-ups
    • Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best outcomes
    • Coordinate with solicitors, conveyancers, and other stakeholders
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
    • Stay up to date with local market trends and legislation
    • Collaborate on marketing campaigns, online listings, and social media
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our reputation

    Requirements:
    • Driver's Licence and reliable car
    • Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
    • Industry experience preferred but not essential
