About the Role:- Drive sales growth, customer retention, and business development initiatives.
- Lead marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events.
- Build brand awareness and maintain a strong market presence.
- Manage PR, media relations, and external communications.
- Lead and develop sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to support overall business strategy
What We Want:- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field. Experience in the real estate industry will be highly regarded.
- Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic planning, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and deliver measurable commercial results.
- Ability to work full time in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
