At PNC Cleaning Services, we focus on meeting the unique needs of our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Housekeeper to join our White Rock team full time.
Job duties and responsibilities:- Clean offices, commercial premises, hotel rooms, and short-term accommodation properties.
- Maintain cleanliness of indoor areas and surrounding external spaces.
- Sweep, mop, polish floors, and vacuum or shampoo carpets as required.
- Cleaning and maintaining curtains, sofas, and upholstered furniture.
- Dust, wipe, and polish furniture, fittings, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Disinfect frequently touched surfaces and maintain hygiene standards.
- Empty bins, collect rubbish, and dispose of waste in designated disposal areas.
- Replenish guest and workplace supplies such as linen, glassware, stationery, groceries, and minibar items.
- Make beds, replace used linen, and prepare rooms to presentation standards.
- Clean and maintain kitchens, including dishes, utensils, appliances, cupboards, benches, pantries, and floors.
- Follow company cleaning procedures, checklists, and quality standards at all times.
- Work independently or cooperatively with team members to complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently.
Applicant Requirements:- Must have valid working rights in Australia.
- Minimum 12 months of commercial cleaning experience
- Physically capable of performing manual cleaning duties and lifting where required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a high standard of responsibility.
- Basic spoken English skills to understand instructions and communicate in the workplace.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
A salary of $72,000 + super will be offered to the successful candidate.
