The Cheesecake Shop in Caboolture is currently seeking a driven Store Manager to join their team in a full time role.
Applicants must have a diploma in hospitality or business, and have at least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Store Manager.
Duties and responsibilities include:- Planning, organising, and controlling the overall daily operations of the store to achieve sales and service objectives
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and seasonal promotional campaigns to increase revenue
- Monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, and controlling costs to ensure profitability
- Overseeing inventory management, including ordering stock and minimising wastage of perishable cake products
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations
- Recruiting, training, supervising, and performance managing staff, including rostering and labour cost control
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving escalated customer complaints and custom order issues
A salary of $77,000 - $80,000 plus super will be offered to the successful candidate.
