An exciting venue located in Perth's southern suburbs - The Vale Bar & Brasserie combines contemporary style and a friendly atmosphere with modern pub food, extensive beverage list and good times.
We are looking for experienced Chefs / Cooks to join our kitchen crew in Yangebup.
To be considered, you must hold relevant qualifications and a minimum of 2 years of previous experience working in a similar position at a professional level.
You will also need to:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate reliability, with flexibility to work a range of shifts
Provide strong, checkable references
Uphold strict food hygiene practices and adhere to all health and safety regulations
Manage portion control and minimise waste to support profitability
Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
Work collaboratively within your team and contribute positively across all departments
These are full time positions and remuneration packages of $76,515 - $80,000 (plus super) will be offered to the successful candidates.
