We are currently seeking a Client Administrator to join our Sydney team in a full time role.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage all contracts for the greater Sydney region on behalf of Cosentino Australia.
- Review contracts, and advise management, regarding potential contract variation requirements, issues and opportunities.
- Respond to contract enquiries from key customers, architects, designers and engineers, and develop and build these relationships.
- Identify contract inclusions and matters with potential impact on sales, in alignment with the mission of Cosentino.
- Manage relationships with the other departments at Cosentino including the sales and marketing team and project managers to ensure contracts and project goals are met in a timely manner.
- Liaise with key customers through face-to-face visits to clients' projects sites to oversee and review work by contractors, ensuring contract requirements are met.
- Organise and plan events in advance, coordinating content, organising and finalising contracts with relevant event organisers and suppliers.
- Prepare and review submission and reports for Cosentino's activities in the Australasia region.
- Develop and maintain a high level of industry knowledge
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
- Improve efficiency and service levels
Applicants must have a Diploma level or higher qualification with a strong focus on administration, business or law, as well as 2 years or more experience in a similar role. Applicants also need knowledge of the interior design industry.
The ability to speak fluent Spanish will be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate will be offered a base salary of $94k + $14k bonus per year.
