    About the Role

    Due to sustained growth across the Group, an exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Journey Co-ordinator to join our high-performing team across BYD Gold Coast and BYD Burleigh.

    This role is critical in delivering a seamless customer experience from point of sale through to vehicle delivery, ensuring clear communication, operational efficiency, and a premium standard at every touchpoint.

    You will act as the central coordination point between Sales, Finance, and Delivery, supporting both customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional journey.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage customer communication post-sale through to delivery
    • Send welcome emails and provide ongoing updates on vehicle orders and delivery timelines
    • Respond to customer enquiries relating to order status and delivery
    • Coordinate with Sales, Business Managers, and Delivery Teams to ensure smooth deal progression
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM / Sales systems
    • Track vehicle orders, incoming stock, and delivery schedules
    • Identify and escalate potential delays or issues
    • Support process consistency and operational efficiency across both dealerships
    Skills & Experience:
    • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or automotive industry
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • High attention to detail and organisational ability
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Confident working across multiple teams and stakeholders
    • Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
