We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Service Manager who is ready to make an impact and grow into a future Service Manager role.
This is an exciting hands-on leadership opportunity within a busy service department, where you'll play a key role in driving team performance, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
About the Role
As Assistant Service Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the workshop and service team, helping to maximise productivity while maintaining quality workmanship and excellent customer care.
You'll work closely with technicians, advisors, and management to create a positive, high-performing environment focused on results and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from candidates who have experience in a similar automotive leadership role or Senior Technician experience with the ambition to step into management.
You'll also bring:- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confident decision-making abilities
- Sound administration and customer service experience
- A current open manual driver's licence
