    Are you an experienced Skoda, Mitsubishi, Honda or BYD technician looking for your next big opportunity? Or an Apprentice keen to kickstart your Automotive career?

    This role gives you the chance to work on both cutting-edge electric vehicles and precision European designs - keeping your skills sharp and future-proofed in a rapidly evolving industry.

    Key duties and responsibilities:
    • Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems using manufacturer-approved tools and software.
    • Lead and mentor junior technicians and apprentices, providing guidance, training, and support to develop their technical skills.
    • Oversee and ensure all work meets dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards with high attention to detail and quality control.
    • Support service advisors with technical explanations, helping communicate complex vehicle issues clearly to customers.
    • Conduct and oversee warranty repairs, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and correct documentation.
    • Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies, service bulletins, and technical procedures through ongoing training.
    • Assist in workflow management by helping prioritize jobs, reduce rework, and improve service department efficiency.
    • Carry out regular inspections and test drives to confirm repair quality and identify any additional concerns.
    • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the workshop.
    • Act as a key technical resource for the dealership, providing expert advice on challenging cases and new technologies.
    This is a full time permanent opportunity with an immediate start available. A valid drivers licence is essential.
