We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Consultant to join our Customer Care Centre. You will be the trusted voice between our service departments and our customers, owning every call that keeps their vehicle on the road.

    This is a full time, Monday to Friday opportunity to build a career with a well-respected dealer group that values pace, accountability and a genuine customer-first mindset. There is no requirement to work on weekends.

    What You Will Do:
    • Follow up customers after their recent service visit to confirm satisfaction, capture feedback and resolve any concerns. If required, escalate to our approachable management team to assist the customer.
    • To book and confirm service appointments across our 8 brands and 10+ dealership locations.
    • Take inbound overflow service enquiries when dealership service teams are at capacity, ensuring no customer call goes unanswered.
    • May make outbound calls for service reminders, recall notifications and follow-ups on quotes or parts.
    • Listen with empathy, take ownership and resolve escalated service issues with calm, clear communication.
    • Liaise with Service Managers and Service Advisors across the network to close the loop on customer issues quickly.
    • Capture accurate customer data, case notes and outcomes in our DMS and CRM platforms.
    • Spot trends in customer feedback and help shape improvements to the service experience.
    • Protect our brand reputation by going above and beyond on every interaction.
    About You:
    • Proven experience in a customer service, call centre or dealership service environment (automotive or service department experience highly regarded)
    • Exceptional telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage calls while maintaining quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
    • Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution skills, with the confidence to handle difficult conversations.
    • Solid computer skills including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail). Experience with Automotive DMS platforms or xtime
    • A naturally empathetic, caring approach combined with commercial common sense.
    • High attention to detail and a clean, organised approach to data entry and case management.
    • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
