Cooling Brothers Glass Company's expertise lies in decorative glass, high performance insulated glazing units, and custom laminated glass. We service projects across Australia, from Hobart to Darwin.
We are currently looking for skilled and motivated Glaziers to join our team in a full time position in Perth, Western Australia.
Applicants must hold a Certificate II or III in Glazing (or equivalent) and at least 2 years' experience working in a similar role within the glass and glazing industry.
Applicants will also have:
Practical and manual skills.
The ability to undertake detailed and intricate work.
Physical fitness and stamina.
Good coordination and balance.
The ability to make calculations and take measurements.
A Glazier ensures that jobs are of good quality, installed correctly and in a timely manner for the customer.
Duties will include:
Measure areas and cut glass to size and shape.
Install and repair glass panels and fixtures in various buildings.
Smooth glass edges and apply treatments or decorative solutions.
Work in workshops, construction sites, and client homes, handling both residential and large-scale commercial installations.
Follow safety protocols and ensure installations meet regulations.
Work regular hours with potential for overtime and emergency on-call availability.
Travel to different locations, including metropolitan and regional areas.
A salary between $76,515 - $85,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.
