Experienced Architectural Drafter

Role based in Lower North Shore
|
Our client is looking for an experienced Architectural Drafter to join their team based on the Lower North Shore.
To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:- Previous experience working as a Revit Architectural Drafter across multiple projects
- Architectural Qualification is preferred
- Proficient in AutoCad
- Proficient in Revit
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential
You will be responsible for the design, documentation, budget control and client liaison. The position requires the preparation of detailed drawings of Architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:- Meeting with clients and others to discuss the client's needs and objectives and assist them in planning and organisation
- Drafting preliminary Architectural designs and specifications according to a brief that is functional, appropriate, and appealing
- Using design software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create models and visuals
- Preparation of virtual reality models
- Ensuring that regulations and codes of practice are being adhered to
- Producing Architectural Concept drawings, Tender drawings, Specifications and detailed Construction Drawings
- Budgeting and cost calculations
- Attendance at Site using applicable instruments and photogrammetric equipment if required
This is a full time position (Monday to Friday).
A remuneration package between $90,000 - $105,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
