Key Responsibilities:- Analyse client behaviour, lifestyle trends, and market shifts within the residential architecture and interior design industry to identify emerging opportunities. Evaluate factors such as homeowner preferences, renovation patterns, property market conditions, and design trends to inform service positioning, pricing strategies, and targeted promotional activities.
- Plan and coordinate market research activities by commissioning surveys, competitor analysis, trend reports, and client feedback studies. Collaborate with external agencies or internal teams to gather insights on market demand for new services, such as bespoke home design, sustainable architecture, or luxury interiors.

Support feasibility assessments and assist in shaping go-to-market strategies for new design services.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, email marketing, social media, and print materials. Ensure campaigns effectively showcase the firm's portfolio, design expertise, and unique value proposition to attract and convert prospective clients.
- Contribute to strategic marketing planning by assisting in the preparation of marketing objectives, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics. Help track campaign effectiveness and prepare reports that measure ROI, client acquisition rates, and brand engagement.
- Provide input across key marketing functions, including service packaging, pricing strategies, advertising messaging, sales enablement materials, and distribution channels (such as online platforms, referral networks, and industry partnerships). Ensure alignment with the firm's brand positioning and business goals.
- Coordinate promotional activities and brand communications, including project launches, award submissions, media features, client presentations, and events. Liaise with photographers, stylists, and media outlets to ensure high-quality representation of completed projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity by ensuring consistency in visual communication, tone of voice, and messaging across all marketing channels, including websites, social media, brochures, and client proposals.
- Enhance brand visibility and market presence by implementing strategies such as social media growth, SEO optimisation, content marketing (e.g., blogs, case studies), and collaborations with industry partners, influencers, and property developers.
- Support sales and client acquisition efforts by creating compelling marketing collateral, proposals, and presentations that communicate the firm's design philosophy, capabilities, and past project successes.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks, keeping up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to ensure the firm remains competitive and differentiated.
