Little Brick House Pty Ltd (trading as Amo House and Catering) is currently seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Cairns City.
Duties will include:- Managing bookings and greeting/seating customers
- Supervising and training new staff members
- Monitoring staff rosters and performance
- Monitoring food and beverage service standards
- Managing and ordering food and beverage stock
- Maintaining and implementing workplace health and safety procedures
- Monitoring customer feedback and handling customer complaints
- Organising and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant area
Applicant Requirements:- A relevant AQF Certificate IV or Diploma in Hospitality Management, or equivalent qualification
- Applicants must have at least 1 year of full-time work experience in a similar role
- A genuine passion for customer service and the ability to create a positive experience for customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive "can-do" attitude and ability to contribute to a supportive team environment
- Willingness to learn and develop within the company, with an interest in future career progression opportunities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a high standard of professionalism
- Full or flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays if required
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
A salary of $72,000 + super will be offered to the successful candidate.
