  • We are looking for a highly organised, people-focused Operations & Administration Specialist to support the smooth running of our real estate offices across Forest Lake, Sunnybank Hills, and Mt Gravatt.

    This is a hands-on support role for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in accuracy, and can keep people, systems, and tasks moving in the right direction.

    You will be supporting our internal team, so strong interpersonal skills are essential. The right person will be approachable, professional, calm under pressure, and able to communicate clearly with different personalities across the business.

    About the role

    This position plays an important part in the daily operation of the business. You will support administration, CRM accuracy, task coordination, reporting, systems, and general team workflow.

    Key responsibilities

    In this role, you will:
    • Support day-to-day administration and office operations across multiple locations
    • Maintain CRM systems, databases, records, and internal processes with a high level of accuracy
    • Assist with team workflows, task follow-up, coordination, and communication
    • Help managers and team members stay organised and on track
    • Identify process issues, errors, or gaps and help resolve them proactively
    • Assist with reporting, document preparation, internal records, and operational tasks
    • Support a professional, consistent, and service-focused office environment
    • Handle business and client information with care, discretion, and confidentiality
