An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Service Manager to join our growing dealership at Q Ford Springwood.
We are seeking a motivated and driven leader to oversee our busy Service Department, representing the Ford, MG, and Suzuki brands. With 60-70 repair orders per day and continued growth, this role offers the opportunity to lead a well-established and experienced team while contributing to the ongoing success of the business.
To succeed in this role, you will need:- Previous experience in a Service Manager or senior aftersales leadership role
- Strong dealership experience, ideally across Ford, MG, Suzuki, or other franchise brands
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- The ability to drive customer satisfaction and department performance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A stable work history and professional approach
- A commitment to maintaining high operational standards and fostering team culture
You'll be responsible for leading and supporting an experienced service team, ensuring the department operates efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service at every level.
