Educare Playskool Panania is looking for a compassionate and responsible Child Care Worker to support children's learning, development, and daily routines in a safe and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Support daily routines, including rest times, meals, and transitions between activities.
- Assist with preparing learning materials, play items, and activity equipment for daily programs.
- Engage children through storytelling, interactive play, and simple games that encourage communication and creativity.
- Encourage and maintain good hygiene habits among children throughout the day.
- Help guide children's behaviour in a positive manner to support social and emotional development.
- Participate in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote learning and developmental milestones.
Skills and Experience Required:- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a child care or early childhood setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for children.
- A qualification related to Early Childhood Education or Child Care is required
