    Key Responsibilities:
    • Contribute to the planning, organisation, and continuous improvement of office operations and services.
    • Establish office priorities, service standards, and operational procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
    • Allocate and manage office resources including staff, workspace, and equipment.
    • Assign tasks to team members and monitor staff performance to ensure productivity and service quality.
    • Maintain accurate office records, documentation, and financial accounts.
    • Liaise with professionals, management, and external stakeholders to coordinate business operations and resolve operational issues.
    • Ensure office equipment, systems, and supplies are properly maintained and readily available.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.
    • Ensure office operations comply with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.
    • Coordinate human resource activities including recruitment, onboarding, staff training, payroll support, performance management, and staff supervision.
    • Support a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace environment.
    Skills and Experience Requirements:
    • A diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Management or a related field.
    • At least 1 year of full-time relevant experience in managing office operations, administration, and staff coordination.
    • Strong knowledge of office management procedures, record keeping, and administrative systems.
    • Experience in supervising staff, allocating tasks, and monitoring team performance.
    • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in handling payroll support, staff scheduling, recruitment, and other personnel-related activities is highly regarded.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
    • Ability to liaise professionally with management, staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and compliance procedures.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office management systems.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and time management abilities.

    Salary: $77,000 to $80,000/ per annum + Superannuation
