    We're looking for motivated and commercially driven Sales Consultants to help grow our footprint across the Sydney basin.

    The Role

    As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with customers across the construction, civil, quarrying, earthmoving, and rental sectors.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
    • Managing an assigned sales territory across the Sydney basin
    • Conducting equipment demonstrations and customer presentations
    • Preparing quotations and negotiating sales agreements
    • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
    • Identifying fleet replacement and expansion opportunities
    • Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to maximise repeat business
    This is a field-based role where you'll spend significant time meeting customers, visiting sites, and helping businesses find the right equipment solutions.

    What You'll Bring:
    • Experience in sales of earthmoving equipment, construction machinery, trucks, agricultural equipment, or other capital equipment
    • Strong relationship-building and business development skills
    • Ability to communicate confidently with business owners, fleet managers, operators, and site managers
    • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to generating opportunities
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
    • Commitment to customer service and long-term relationship management
    Experience within the construction, civil, transport, mining, or equipment industries will be highly regarded.
