    • Daimonji Pty Ltd t/as Daimonji Sushi Bar & Grill based in Claremont, WA is seeking a Cook.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
    • Preparation of food, cooking, and presentation of dishes
    • Responsible for the management of kitchen operations
    • Maintain quality of food for all stages of food preparation
    • Responsible for the management of a safe and hygienic work environment
    • Train other kitchen staff
    • Check food temperature and ensure it's fresh
    • Work in a team environment
    • As and when required, work alongside the Owner and contribute towards the menu
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
    • Ability to work in line with budget
    • Responsible for the ordering and maintaining of stock
    Requirements:
    • Relevant Culinary qualification and minimum 5 years' experience
    • Experience in Japanese Cuisine
    Job Type: Full time

    Pay: $76,000 - $77,000 per year

    Schedule: 8 hour shifts

    Work Authorisation: Australia (preferred)

    Work Location: In person
