    The Opportunities

    Ford, Suzuki & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant

    This exciting opportunity will see you working across our established Ford, Suzuki and Used Vehicle departments, helping customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs while contributing to the continued success of our dealership.

    New Brand Sales Consultant

    We're also seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to play a key role in the launch and growth of an exciting new automotive brand that will soon be joining our Capalaba location. This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up and help establish a new brand presence within our growing dealership network.

    About the Roles

    As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle.

    You will be responsible for:
    • Building strong relationships with customers throughout the sales journey
    • Presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles
    • Managing enquiries and generating sales opportunities
    • Following up leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
    • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
    • Working closely with management and support teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
    About You

    To be successful in either role, you will have:
    • Previous experience in automotive vehicle sales or a proven track record of achieving sales results in another industry
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
    • High levels of motivation, professionalism and personal presentation
    • A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
    • Strong computer and administrative skills
    • A current driver's licence
