  • Mad Fresh Australia Pty Ltd is an established meat and food supplier and processing business. We are currently seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our Park Ridge, QLD team in a full-time position.

    You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate factory office environment within a supportive team, reporting directly to senior management.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Draft, interpret, review, negotiate, and execute contracts, variations, and service agreements to ensure organizational alignment.
    • Collaborate with production, sales and marketing, accounts, and logistics teams to align operations and fulfill contractual obligations.
    • Respond to contract inquiries and efficiently resolve administrative issues.
    • Maintain, analyze, and report on project data, contracts, and organizational compliance records.
    • Advise senior leadership on critical issues, prepare performance submissions, and execute strategic management decisions.
    • Monitor vendor and contractor performance, ensuring deliverables strictly adhere to work orders and budget variations.
    Applicants must demonstrate:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration, procurement, or project coordination (experience within manufacturing or food processing environments is highly regarded).
    • Proven track record of monitoring vendor agreements and tracking contractor performance.
    • Experience serving as a liaison between fast-paced factory production environments and external suppliers.
    • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).
    • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
