  • Pacific 2022 Bidco C Pty Limited require an experienced Client Success Lead to join their team in Melbourne, VIC.

    Duties and responsibilities include:
    • Applying a strong understanding of energy management platforms, system integrations, and data-driven optimisation services, including considerations of tariffs, weather forecasts, and household energy usage.
    • Assessing client requirements and operational needs, and recommending appropriate configurations of Evergen's energy management platform and services to support system performance and optimisation outcomes.
    • Coordinating and contributing to the preparation of client proposals, solution scopes, and supporting documentation for platform enhancements, integrations, and additional service requirements.
    • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with platform performance and services, including troubleshooting system issues, coordinating resolutions with technical teams, and arranging necessary system adjustments across integrated energy assets.
    • Identifying opportunities within existing client accounts to expand the use of Evergen's platform and services, including virtual power plant capabilities and optimisation services, to enhance client outcomes.
    • Leveraging technical account management experience to manage client relationships, coordinate platform service delivery, and support the effective use and optimisation of Evergen's integrated energy systems.
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of energy market conditions, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in distributed energy and virtual power plant services to effectively support client needs.
    • Managing a portfolio of commercial and enterprise clients, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical and product teams to support ongoing service delivery and platform performance.
    To be considered you will need a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification and three years of relevant post qualification employment experience OR at least five years of relevant employment experience.
