Pavement Management Services (PMS) is a high technology civil engineering consultancy specialising in superior quality pavement testing, design, evaluation and management of roads, airports and ports.
We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team.
This role is responsible for leading the delivery of pavement engineering services for aviation pavements, hard-standing areas, heavy-duty industrial pavements, and port facilities, providing specialist engineering authority to ensure technical rigour, regulatory compliance, and asset management requirements unique to aviation and high-load infrastructure are met. The position also leads project-level pavement investigations, rehabilitation designs, dilapidation surveys, and construction compliance assessments, while serving as the senior engineering authority for detailed pavement design, condition assessments, and technical documentation across projects and site-based works.
Essential skills and attributes include:- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of pavement engineering experience, with demonstrated aviation or heavy-duty pavement project delivery and depth in project-level investigation and design.
- A postgraduate qualification in pavement or geotechnical engineering preferred.
- RPEQ registration is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CASA MOS139, FAA AC 150/5370-10, and ICAO Annex 14 is essential.
