  • A leading food and beverage business is seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Analyst to join their team in a full-time role to meet corporate and franchise customer needs.

    This position is responsible for analysing and optimising end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations to support efficient manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution for the business. This role provides data-driven insights across inventory management, transport performance, and supplier operations to improve service levels, control costs, and ensure reliable product flow within a complex FMCG and international sourcing environment.

    We're looking for someone with a hands-on focus and a demonstrated ability to effectively operate and support others in a high change environment. They will be a self-driven, outcome focused individual with highly development logistics problem solving skills.

    Duties and responsibilities include:
    • Analyse and optimise end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
    • Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs, including inventory, transport, delivery performance, and cost-to-serve metrics.
    • Support warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring effective inventory management, forecasting, and logistics processes.
    • Partner with procurement, production, marketing, and suppliers to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and customer demand.
    • Manage supplier and carrier performance, supporting contract reviews, relationship management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply and operational resilience.
    • Prepare analytical reports and recommendations to support informed business decision-making.
    • Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and contribute to a safe, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
    Applicants must have:
    • Proven experience in hands on demand planning, inventory management, and supplier relationship management within a multi-brand or franchise environment including significant exposure to international logistics.
    • Direct, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) demand planning and inventory modules is essential.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and forecasting techniques.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of business partnering.
    • Proven ability to thrive and effect change in a fast-paced, international setting with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
    A salary of $83,000 - $86,000 base + superannuation will be offered to the successful applicant.
