    We're currently looking for an experienced Warranty Clerk to join our team based in Dandenong.

    Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a dealership environment and an extensive knowledge of the Retail Motor Industry.

    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures
    • Previous mechanic experience / knowledge
    • The ability to work in a team environment
    • Confident computer skills
    • A working knowledge of Pentana system
    • Clear communication skills - written and verbal
    • Excellent personal presentation
    • A current Drivers Licence
    You'll be responsible for ensuring that all warranty claims and payments are processed and returned to the manufacturer in a timely manner.
