    • Stockline Trailers has a vacancy for an Industrial Engineering Technologist at their business based in Lake Cargelligo, NSW. This is a permanent, full time position.

    The Industrial Engineering Technologist is responsible for planning, organising, and continuously improving all production activities within the Semi-Trailer manufacturing facility. The role is focused on increasing production output by a target of 75% while maintaining quality, safety, delivery performance, and cost targets.

    The successful candidate will lead production teams, optimise manufacturing processes, eliminate bottlenecks, improve workflow efficiency, and implement lean manufacturing principles across the business.

    Skills, Qualifications and Experience

    To qualify this position, you will have:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant branch of engineering
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in optimizing production in a manufacturing facility
    • Experience in Quality Management
    • Experience in Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination
    • Monitored operational performance metrics and provided process improvements to management
    A remuneration of $75,000 to $85,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate.
