Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Service Department
Support and mentor Service Advisors and workshop staff
Deliver exceptional customer service and customer retention
Drive service sales and department profitability
Manage customer concerns and ensure positive outcomes
Assist with workflow management and workshop productivity
Support achievement of department KPIs
About You:
Previous dealership service experience essential
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused attitude
Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional presentation
Current Australian Driver's Licence
