We are looking for a customer-focused professional who can lead by example, build strong customer relationships and help drive department performance.

Manage customer service bookings and enquiries

Support junior advisors and contribute to team success

About You:

Previous dealership Service Advisor experience essential
Strong sales and customer service skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Professional presentation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Current Australian Driver's Licence
