Radiant Joinery is a boutique cabinetmaking company delivering architecturally detailed residential and commercial joinery to interior designers, architects, and custom builders. We specialise in high-quality, design-led projects and have built a reputation for excellence, precision, and reliability.
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team in Bibra Lake. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys complex, detailed work and takes pride in delivering exceptional finishes.
You'll be joining a small, professional team of versatile tradesmen - including Australian, French, Iranian, and German craftsmen - all passionate about delivering exceptional work with a European design influence.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:- Site measures
- Project handover to drafting team
- Scheduling deliveries and installations
- Supervising installers and delivery labour
- Quality control on cabinetry and stone tops
- Hands-on cabinet installation work
- Templating for stone tops
- Coordinating with stonemasons
- Defecting and final project handover
- Occasional factory work as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:- Experience in all aspects of cabinet installation
- Strong eye for detail and pride in high-quality work
- Ability to manage projects and trades onsite
- White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Forklift licence (beneficial but not essential)
This is a full time role working 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Some overtime may be required during busy periods.
