    We have opportunities for Bricklayers and Quantity Surveyors to join our Perth team.

    Bricklayer

    We are seeking a full-time Bricklayer to support our construction and development operations.

    Key Requirements:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in bricklaying or a related trade.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in bricklaying in Australia business.
    • Strong understanding of construction site safety and compliance procedures.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
    • Good physical fitness and the ability to work in outdoor environments under varied conditions.
    Additional Requirements:
    • Must be willing to commit to full-time ongoing employment
    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
    • English communication skills sufficient for workplace safety and coordination.
    • Willingness to travel to different job sites across the Perth metro area if required.
    Your responsibilities:
    • Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine layout and materials required.
    • Apply damp-resistant materials to foundations as required to ensure structural durability and compliance
    • Check work using levels, plumb lines, and straightedges to ensure proper alignment and finish
    • Repair and maintain existing brickwork and masonry structures
    • Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean, safe worksite

    Quantity Surveyor

    Due to multiple concurrent projects and new project commencements, we are seeking a full-time Quantity Surveyor to support our construction and development operations.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct site measurements using surveying equipment including total stations, GPS and laser levels
    • Assist with construction set-out and verification of reference points
    • Record and process survey data for project documentation
    • Prepare draft survey drawings and spatial data for review
    • Assist with preparation of as-built documentation
    • Coordinate spatial information with external architects and licensed surveyors
    • Support the Construction Manager in ensuring works align with approved plans
    • Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings
    Selection Criteria:
    • At least a Diploma in Surveying, Spatial Science, Surveying and Mapping Engineering, or closely related field
    • Minimum 5 years' practical experience in surveying support within construction, land development, infrastructure or similar engineering environments
    • Proficiency in surveying instruments and relevant spatial software
    • Strong understanding of construction drawings and site plans
    • Ability to perform routine technical calculations accurately
    • Strong communication and organisational skills
    Employment Details:
    • Full-time permanent position
    • Based in Western Australia (project sites across WA)
    • Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 per annum plus superannuation, commensurate with experience
