We are looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Associate to join a high-performing team - a fantastic entry point where you will learn from some of Australia's top agents while building the skills and database that will define your career
About the Role:
Working closely alongside an established McGrath sales agent, you will provide end-to-end support across the sales process - from prospecting and open homes through to settlement and beyond, immersed in a high-performance environment designed to accelerate your growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the lead agent at open homes, auctions, and client appointments
- Build and maintain a prospecting database through calls, drops, and community engagement
- Assist with listing preparation, property marketing, and photography coordination
- Respond to buyer and vendor enquiries promptly and professionally
- Prepare and follow up on contracts and vendor reports
- Maintain accurate CRM records and document all client communications
- Represent the McGrath brand with professionalism and care
About You:- Hold a current Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain one before starting)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
