We are currently seeking a full-time Inspections Officer for our Property Management department at the Sunnybank Hills office. The role will see the successful candidate conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections, assisting tenants with the moving process, ensuring rental properties are properly maintained at the beginning and end of a tenancy, and conducting bond refunds.
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
Motivated and enthusiastic with common sense
Can-do attitude with an interest in self-development
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Current Certificate of Real Estate License and Driver's License
Experience is not essential as on the job training will be provided.
