We are a family owned and operated Toyota Dealership located in the Central West of NSW with over 30 years' experience in the automotive industry.
An exciting opportunity is available for a Trainee Vehicle Sales Consultant to begin a rewarding career with the market-leading Toyota network. Based at our Forbes Toyota dealership, you'll receive full product and sales training while learning the skills needed to build a successful career selling both new and used vehicles.
No previous automotive or vehicle sales experience is required. We welcome enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are eager to learn and develop a long-term career in the automotive industry. School leavers, as well as candidates from hospitality, retail and customer service backgrounds, are encouraged to apply.
Your day will consist of:- Assisting our guests with all aspects of purchasing a vehicle.
- Managing a database of existing and new guests.
- Prospecting of new and existing guests through referrals and external networking opportunities.
- Assisting with yard and showroom display and presentation.
- Negotiating and understanding customers interests and motives during the sale process.
- Forming long term business partnerships and a loyal network of repeat business.
You will also have:- A genuine interest in the automotive industry.
- A current and valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A professional presentation and strong work ethic.
- Motivation to build a long-term career in vehicle sales.
