Experienced Construction Project Administrator wanted
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + superannuation

The Project Firm is an established construction project management company currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to assist it's project management team with various projects including domestic, commercial and NDIS projects. With this role you will coordinate many aspects of live projects, directly reporting to the project manager and Director.
The Job:
Assisting with estimation and budgeting
Preparation and signing of contracts
Site set up
Coordinating consultants
Applying for building/planning permits
Resolve RFI's issued by the building surveyor
Liaise with the builder or client
Project scheduling and monitoring
Liaise with clients, builders and property developers on the documentation progress
Preparation of all documentation to make sure site kick off is on schedule
Skills:
Well versed with the building permit process for domestic and commercial projects
Posses a high level of understanding on the construction processes
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
Very strong communication skills
Strong organisation skills with the ability to work on priority basis
Advanced MS office skills
Willing to work under pressure in a face paced environment
The Person: We are looking for self motivated individual with the capability to manage multiple project documentation, according to the scope of works. Should possess a minimum of 2 years experience in project Administration/coordination with a professional qualification
Working Hours: Full time position - 38 Hrs per week
Remuneration: The right candidate will be offered a remuneration of $80,000 - $90,000 pa + Superannuation. Also, on offer is a dynamic working environment and company sponsored up-skill courses in order to further enhance skills.
