Wyndham Accident Repair Centre is a busy and well-established collision repair business located in Hoppers Crossing. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional repairs and outstanding customer service, we are continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to become a valued member of our professional team.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, working in a modern workshop alongside a skilled and supportive team. You'll be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles and restoring them to manufacturer and industry standards while maintaining the highest level of workmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Repair damaged vehicle panels using industry-approved techniques and equipment.
- Remove, replace, and realign vehicle panels and components.
- Straighten chassis and frames where required.
- Carry out welding, filling, sanding, and finishing work to a high standard.
- Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with spray painters and other workshop team members.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:- Previous experience as a qualified Panel Beater.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, tools, and industry standards.
- A reliable, punctual, and motivated attitude.
- Relevant trade qualifications.
- A commitment to workplace safety and maintaining high-quality outcomes.
