MotoMAX is expanding and we're looking for enthusiastic Salespeople to join our growing teams in Midland and Osborne Park.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a specialist dealership representing Royal Enfield motorcycles and Segway Powersports ATVs and UTVs, working with a strong and growing range of products in a high-interest, lifestyle-focused industry.
We're not just looking for someone to "sell", we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys motorcycles and powersports, enjoys talking with people, and is focused on building long-term customer relationships rather than one-off transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role you'll be responsible for:- Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom
- Selling new and used motorcycles, ATVs and accessories
- Generating finance and insurance opportunities
- Following up customer enquiries and leads
- Arranging demonstrations and vehicle handovers
- Maintaining high showroom presentation standards
- Building and maintaining ongoing customer relationships
- Attending dealership events and ride days
- Working closely with service and parts teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:- Previous motorcycle, automotive or powersports sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Confidence using computers and CRM systems
- A current driver's licence (essential)
- A current motorcycle licence (preferred)
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday roster required)
