About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and organised Administration & Customer Service team member to join our team in Kilsyth.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, staying organised, and working as part of a team. You'll help support the flow of jobs from customer enquiry through to production and delivery, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
No industry experience is needed - just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting both the office and warehouse teams with day-to-day coordination, including:- Answering incoming phone calls and handling customer enquiries
- Managing email correspondence and internal messages
- Checking and processing sales orders
- Preparing job orders for production
- Printing, organising, and maintaining job documentation
- Monitoring job progress and updating estimated completion times
- Liaising with production and warehouse teams
- Assisting with stock control and monitoring inventory levels
- Ordering appliances, hardware, and materials from suppliers
What We're Looking For:- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills (phone and email)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Logical thinker who can follow processes and solve problem
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, consistent, and team-focused approach
Previous experience in administration or customer service would be helpful, along with basic Excel or system experience. Exposure to construction, manufacturing, or cabinetry environments is also a bonus, but not required.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, and Friday from 8:00am to 2:30pm.
