    We're looking for a reliable and organised Administration & Customer Service team member to join our team in Kilsyth.

    This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, staying organised, and working as part of a team. You'll help support the flow of jobs from customer enquiry through to production and delivery, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

    No industry experience is needed - just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good attention to detail.

    We're a systems-driven business that focuses on training and developing our people. Many of our team started with no industry experience and have grown into long-term roles within the company.

    What You'll Be Doing

    In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting both the office and warehouse teams with day-to-day coordination, including:
    • Answering incoming phone calls and handling customer enquiries
    • Managing email correspondence and internal messages
    • Checking and processing sales orders
    • Preparing job orders for production
    • Printing, organising, and maintaining job documentation
    • Monitoring job progress and updating estimated completion times
    • Liaising with production and warehouse teams
    • Assisting with stock control and monitoring inventory levels
    • Ordering appliances, hardware, and materials from suppliers

    Previous experience in administration or customer service would be helpful, along with basic Excel or system experience. Exposure to construction, manufacturing, or cabinetry environments is also a bonus, but not required.
