    We require a Key Account Manager: Business Development to join our team in Cannon Hill, QLD.

    Key Responsibilities include

    Responsibility #1 - Develop New Business:
    • Act as a true hunter BDM, driving growth and revenue by opening new doors, embedding CR's value proposition (Mining Equipment and Digital) in the market, and pursuing opportunities at both the corporate and site level.
    • Account Management: Manage existing clients, or potential new clients to identify opportunities, develop strategic relationships and secure CR business in an ongoing nature;
    • Business Development: Identify prospects, develop new relationships, present both technical and commercial offerings to new clients/sites;
    • Relationship development: Develop relationships and networks with external clients to grow CR's profile in the marketplace.
    Responsibility #2 - Retain and grow business:
    • Embed deeply within the East Coast market, building strong customer relationships and expanding CR's presence in line with growth targets;
    • Market Presence: Be an ambassador for CR and CR products;
    • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with all other CR business (Digital, PBW) to improve effectiveness of CR's interaction with Global South clients and generate opportunities;
    • Product Improvement: Collect and collate competitor information, share feedback on product requirements and market feedback with Product Management and Engineering teams for input into product direction.
    Responsibility #3 - Enhance CR Powered by Epiroc's Presence in Marketplace:
    • Confidently 'talk the talk' on mine sites, build credibility, and represent CR as a growth-focused partner Mining Network: Develop relationships at mine sites, HO's including Mine Managers, Production and Procurement personnel, developing the CR name and presence in the marketplace;
    • Marketing Events: Represent CR in an ethical and professional manner at market, industry, and customer events/meetings
    To be considered you will need a relevant qualification commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification and at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience, OR; at least five years of relevant employment experience may substitute for the skill and employment criteria referred to in point 1 above.

    This is a full time position, an immediate start is available. An attractive salary is on offer to the successful candidate.
