    • Bayside European Motor Group is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused and organised Aftersales Consultant to join our Elsternwick team.

    This is a unique role combining Service Advising and Parts support, giving the right person the opportunity to build skills across two key areas of the dealership. You will work with premium and specialist brands including CUPRA and INEOS in a supportive, family-owned dealership environment.

    About the Role

    You will be a key link between our customers, technicians and internal departments, ensuring every customer receives a professional and efficient service experience.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Managing service bookings and customer appointments
    • Communicating service updates and recommendations clearly
    • Providing excellent customer service throughout the service journey
    • Assisting with parts, receipting and stock control
    • Working with technicians to help maintain smooth workshop flow
    • Identifying genuine upsell opportunities in line with customer needs
    About You

    This role would suit an experienced Service Advisor, Parts Interpreter, Automotive Administrator, technician looking to move off the tools, or someone with strong customer service experience.

    You will have:
    • Strong communication and people skills
    • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
    • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Good computer skills
    • Automotive experience preferred, but not essential
