About the Role
Dealer2Dealer is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive dealer sales across South East Queensland on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a mobile, relationship-driven role: you'll spend two days each week travelling your territory, with a monthly flight to Rockhampton to support the wider region. A company car is provided. Success in this role calls for a charismatic, confident personality that builds trust quickly and keeps dealers coming back.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Dealer2Dealer sales across South East Queensland, meeting and exceeding targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers.
- Identify and onboard new dealer accounts within the territory.
- Travel across your region approximately two days per week to visit dealers in person.
- Fly to Rockhampton once per month to service dealers and opportunities in that area.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, pipeline and sales activity.
- Feed market and competitor insights back to the Sales Manager.
Role Requirements:- This is a fixed-term, 6-month contract.
- Approximately two days per week of travel around the South East Queensland territory.
- Monthly flight to Rockhampton (travel arranged and covered by the company).
- A company car is provided for the duration of the contract.
- Full, current Australian driver's licence is essential.
About You:- Proven sales experience, ideally in automotive, dealer or wholesale environments.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Charismatic, personable and confident, naturally connects with people and wins dealer trust.
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory and schedule.
- Happy to travel regularly, including monthly interstate/regional flights.
- Results-focused with a track record of meeting sales targets.
