Viking Plastics Engineering Pty Ltd is Australia's premier fabricator of grease traps, trade waste tanks, planter boxes/liners, and custom designed products.
We require Plastic Technicians to join their teams in Braeside, Victoria and Welshpool, Western Australia.
Duties include:- Set up machines for plastic extrusion welding of thick gauge plastic sheet
- Fold plastic sheet to required specifications
- Seam weld plastic sheet to create finished products
- Produce plastic products to a consistent high standard. Monitor and adjust machines.
- Reset and troubleshoot machines.
- Complete all safety requirement job specific paperwork. Review job sheets/drawings at beginning of job.
- Ensure all allocated work is completed in a timely manner and to consistent high quality.
- Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
To be considered candidates will need to hold a relevant Certificate III and 1 year of experience as a Plastics Technician, or have 3 years' experience in place of a qualification.
This is a full time position. A remuneration package of $78,000 - $85,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidates.
