Limestone Building Blocks Company Pty Ltd are located approx 50kms north of the Perth metro area. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Diesel Fitter / Diesel Mechanic to service, repair and maintain various diesel machinery including trucks/trailers, forklifts, and earthmoving equipment such as fixed plant machinery to the highest standards for Limestone Building Blocks Co P/L.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role as a Diesel Fitter / Diesel Mechanic or hold a relevant qualification (at least Cert III) and at least 1 year of experience.
Applicants will also have:
Experience working on heavy diesel vehicles including fixed plant equipment.
Ability to identify and complete extensive hydraulic repair skills tasks without direct supervision.
Ability to diagnose and repair heavy vehicle air over hydraulic braking systems.
Able to perform component rebuilds, engine rebuilds including hydraulics and transmissions.
Proven ability to be able to troubleshoot and diagnose faults.
Ability to understand & follow all WH&S.
Must possess a high attention to detail with strong troubleshooting skill.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
This is a full-time position with salary $70,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation.
