    • The Author is a busy, chic suburban local restaurant based in Forestville, NSW.

    We require an experienced Cook to join our busy team.

    Duties and responsibilities include:
    • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes
    • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentation
    • Develop new menu items and specials as required
    To be considered you will need to hold an Australian qualification in commercial cookery plus preferably a hospitality management qualification. One to two years' experience in a busy restaurant is required.

    This is a full time opportunity working 38 hours per week, between the hours of Monday to Sunday 6am - 9pm. Ability to work on a rotating flexible shift is essential. An immediate start is available.

    A remuneration package of $80,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate. We also offer on site parking, and training and progression opportunities.
