Roadmac is seeking experienced asphalt paving personnel to join our expanding operations in Western Australia. We have both permanent full-time and casual positions available for suitably experienced candidates.
The roles are primarily based in Perth, with regional travel required from time to time depending on project requirements.
We are recruiting for:- Asphalt paver operators
- Screed operators
- Roller operators
- Rakemen
- Asphalt checkers
- Skid steer operators
- Asphalt labourers
- Leading hands
About You
To be considered, applicants should have:- A minimum of three years' experience in asphalt paving operations
- Demonstrated experience in the position applied for
- A strong understanding of asphalt paving practices, levels, joints, compaction and quality requirements
- A Construction Industry White Card
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Relevant plant tickets or competencies for operator positions
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
- The ability to complete physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Flexibility to undertake regional work when required
- Full Australian working rights
Previous experience delivering road construction, maintenance, local government or Main Roads WA projects will be highly regarded.
Successful applicants will be required to complete pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening and verification of qualifications and experience.
