    • As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be involved in the construction, installation, and removal of formwork systems for a variety of concrete structures. The role requires the ability to work from construction drawings, accurately set out and assemble formwork, and ensure all works meet engineering specifications and workplace safety standards. You will work closely with supervisors and other trades to support efficient and high-quality concrete works.

    Work locations may vary depending on project requirements and construction sites.

    Tasks and responsibilities:
    • Assemble, install, and dismantle formwork for slabs, beams, columns, walls, and foundations
    • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
    • Set you, align, brace, and level formwork structures
    • Cut and assemble timber, plywood, and formwork integrity
    • Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
    • Maintain and repair formwork systems and components
    • Comply with WHS requirements, building standards, and company procedures
    Qualification and experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in formwork carpentry or similar construction role
    • Certificate III in Carpentry or related qualification (preferred but not essential)
    • Knowledge of timber, conventional, or modular formwork systems
    • Ability to follow drawings and site instructions
    • White Card (mandatory)
    • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a team

Due to ongoing growth and new project awards, we are seeking a skilled and dependable Formwork Carpenter to join our site team.

    Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
