Radiant Joinery is a boutique cabinetmaking company delivering architecturally detailed residential and commercial joinery to interior designers, architects, and custom builders. We specialise in high-quality, design-led projects and have built a reputation for excellence, precision, and reliability.
We are currently looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our growing team in Bibra Lake. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys leading by example, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can keep production running smoothly from start to finish.
You'll be joining a small, professional team of versatile tradesmen - including Australian, French, Iranian, and German craftsmen - all passionate about delivering exceptional work with a European design influence.
Your responsibilities will include:- Supervise the day-to-day running of the factory
- Schedule staff, production and project timelines
- Monitor quality across machining and assembly
- Prepare production drawings (Microvellum experience beneficial but not essential)
- Order materials and manage stock levels
- Carry out and oversee advanced CNC machining
- Assist with machining and cabinet assembly as required
- Coordinate routine machine maintenance and keep equipment running smoothly
To be successful in this role, you will have:- Experience in all aspects of cabinet manufacturing
- White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Forklift licence
- Strong eye for detail and pride in high-quality work
- Ability to lead a team
- Microvellum drafting experience (beneficial but not essential)
This is a full time role working 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Some overtime may be required during busy periods.
