The Role
You'll take ownership of our used vehicle department, overseeing:- Purchasing and valuing quality used vehicles.
- Stock management and pricing.
- Leading and motivating the sales team.
- Driving profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community.
